Thrifty Styles was created by a young man named William Birmingham born & raised in Queens born Jan 14. 2002 . William established his clothing brand in August of 2021 , he’s been plotting on starting his own clothing brand since he was just 12 years old but started when he was 19 . Some wonder where did the name ” Thrifty ” come from , well that’s quite simple . During the summer William was getting ready to finally execute his clothing brand which was first named “ STACK OR STARVE “ . Before William decided to go launch his brand he checked to see if anybody had already took the brand name already , which someone did . So what William did was looking up words that define saving money & after a long search he finally found a name that stuck with him ” THRIFTY “ which means to spend your money carefully not wastefully ! It went with William’s choice of style which is vintage street wear & stood for something that William works towards everyday of his life . Thrifty Styles isn’t just a NYC based clothing brand but it is a way of living for people all over the world who share the same struggle’s & beliefs as William ~ Thrifty .
